BEYKUSH WINERY is a family project born on a small peninsula by the Black Sea. Since 2010, their 14 hectares of vines in the village of Chernomorka have grown between the Berezan estuary on one side and Beykush Bay on the other. The unique terroir shapes the character of every bottle produced by one of Ukraine’s most well-known and renowned family wineries.
The winemakers of Beykush work with a wide range of grapes, from the classic Chardonnay and Riesling to Pinotage, Tempranillo and Timorasso, which are not characteristic for Ukraine. They also proudly champion Telti Kuruk, Ukraine’s indigenous white variety rooted in this region.
Beykush is known for thoughtful experimentation: clay and concrete amphorae, oak barriques, and creative blends that push boundaries. Their wines have earned top recognition at Decanter, IWSC, and Ukraine Wine & Spirits Awards. Beykush recommends: Beykush Telti Kuruk 2025 — vibrant, citrusy, floral, fruity and distinctly mineral; Beykush Pinot Noir 2023 — an elegant mix of ripe red berries and chocolate, with a full, saturated taste led by ripe strawberries and plums; Amphora wines — rich and exciting Beykush Amphora Rkatsiteli 2024 and Amphora Riesling 2023. |

Wines of Ukraine at ProWein offer an unforgettable tasting journey into the country's most important viticultural regions! Vinhol Oksamitnoe Winery is a family estate founded in 1998 in the village of Oksamitne in the Bolgrad district of Odesa. Over the years, the family has developed two wine lines: the still wines known as Villa Tinta, and the Charmat-method sparkling wines released under the name Tintarella. The vineyards grow in a very distinctive corner of Danubian Bessarabia, between the Karakurt River and Lake Yalpug. This landscape shapes the daily life of the winery just as much as the vines themselves. On 500 hectares, the family cultivates classic European white varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, as well as reds like Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bastardo, and Saperavi. But what really defines the estate are the local grapes. Vinhol Oksamitnoe continues to work with two varieties that are deeply connected to the region’s history: Sukholimansky (white) and Odesa Black (red). These grapes carry the character of Bessarabia in a very direct, honest way, and the family treats them with special care. Recommended: Pinot Noir 2024 and Sukholimansky 2024 — both the winners of Gold medals from Ukraine Ukraine Wine&Spirits Awards Awards 2025 Odesa Black 2023 — the new release of Ukraine’s flagship red by Villa Tinta Villa Tinta Family Heritage Muscato Dessert Wine 2018 — a unique wine created by the winery’s founder, Valerii Tintulov, from late-harvest grapes. It was aged for six months on the lees and fortified with spirit. The aroma shows dried apricot, honey, apricot kernel notes, and roasted almonds. |

Wines of Ukraine is glad to present Odesos Winery at ProWein 2026!
Odesos is a unique boutique сity winery located in the historic heart of Odesa, Ukraine’s “southern belle” standing at the Black Sea coast. The winery’s team revives the ancient winemaking traditions of the Greek colony Odesos, merging millennial heritage with the innovation of the modern world. “Our guiding principle is Quality over Quantity”, says Anton Jordanov, Senior Winemaker. “We produce limited editions, focusing on every detail from grape selection to the specific toast of our barrels, bringing extensive international expertise from the USA, Germany, and Italy”. Anton’s creations serve as global ambassadors for Ukrainian terroir, earning prestigious titles such as Ambassador of La Cite du Vin 2025 and Gold medals at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Odesos Winery works with the classic international varieties such as Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. They are proud to produce exceptional wines from the local flagship red Odesa Black, demonstrating a unique, bold character of the region. Recommended: Merlot Reserve 2021, aged in Radoux oak barrels for 12 months — cherry-colored wine with an intense taste of ripe cherries, wild berries and chocolate. Refreshing fruity taste with excellent balance and long aftertaste. Odesos red, made by blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Odessa Black and Merlot in a ratio of 75% / 20% / 5%. The wine demonstrates an intense taste of wild berries, spices with a cherry finish, and reflects the uniqueness of the Izmail district terroir. Just taste it! |

Pilot’s Wines is a Ukrainian wine brand born in the sun-drenched vineyards of Southern Bessarabia — one of the country’s most historic and naturally gifted wine regions. The region’s continental climate and Black Sea influence support balanced ripening and bright acidity.
The winery’s portfolio includes classic european varieties, as well as Ukraine’s flagship red variety, Odesa Black. Pilot’s Wines produce fruity and fresh wines with little to no oak influence. Their Reserve wines are made from grapes grown on selected vineyard parcels, and demonstrate extra depth and structure.
Pilot’s Wines were first introduced to Ukrainian consumers in 2023. They quickly earned enthusiastic feedback at Ukrainian wine fairs and won high praise on the competition circuit – including two bronze medals from Decanter in 2025 for their Merlot 2023 and Cabernet 2023. 🏆
Sadly, in August last year, the winery’s warehouse was destroyed in a Russian air strike. The company lost every single bottle of the award-winning wines recognised by one of the world’s most respected competitions.
Visit the Wines of Ukraine stand to support Pilot’s Wines! Recommended: Pilot’s Wines Reserve Odesa Black 2024, an elegant, full-bodied red new vintages Merlot 2024 and Cabernet 2024, which, hopefully, will bring the winery more medals this year. |
